Nutrition & Wellness Coach; Yoga & Meditation Practitioner


Casey's main goal is to coach people (both male and female) to find peace with their bodies while adopting a plant-based diet that will nourish them and help them reach their fitness/ aesthetic goals and be in their healthiest body. She combines her psychology background in behaviour change, her scientific nutrition knowledge and her own personal battles and transformations to help others create lasting change to mind and body through an enjoyable, sustainable meal plan with delicious recipes.
