We used to believe that this simply meant exercising and eating well however life learning and experience has taught us that it entails so much more. Fitness & Training

Our coaches have qualifications & experience in Personal Training & triathlon coaching. Whether you would like a plan tailored to a specific goal or event, or would like to address your general fitness levels, we have an option for you.

Holistic Therapy

We have a network of holistic practitioners with expertise in Shamanic Healing, Bodyworking, Mindfulness & essential oils.  These therapies are available to address other important aspects of life that impact health & well-being.
